Use Retrieve Password option. To retrieve your Password, you will need your registered email address and your date of birth (in the format of DAY/MONTH/YEAR - dd/mm/yyyy).

Use Retrieve PIN option. To retrieve your PIN, you will need your registered email address and your date of birth (in the format of DAY/MONTH/YEAR - dd/mm/yyyy).

Use Retrieve Broker option. To retrieve your Broker Reference Number, you will need your registered email address and your date of birth (in the format of DAY/MONTH/YEAR - dd/mm/yyyy).

Account can be deactivated from various reasons such as you are no longer our client or you asked for your MyFI account to be deactivated. On extremely rare occasions we reserve the right to deactivate your account if we find that you are in breach of our terms and conditions. To reactivate your account you need to contact put Customer Care team on 01 882 0818

For security reasons access to your account will be restricted after 6 failed login attempts. To unlock your account you will need your registered email address and your date of birth.

You can activate your MyFI account only if you have a current insurance policy with us and a valid email address registered against this policy. In order to activate your MyFI account you will need your Broker Reference Number and your date of birth. We will send you all the registration details to your email address. It might take up to 30 minutes for the details to arrive.
